The district-wide Instructional Technology Committee has been meeting since January, 2006 to develop a three year plan for technology in the Huber Heights City Schools. Members of the committee visited other school districts to see what types of technology are being utilized in the classroom. The Superintendent purchased the book, The World Is Flat, for committee members to read and discuss. The steering committee has split into two sub-committees of Curriculum & Instruction and Costs & Hardware. It is anticipated that the new technology curriculum and a three year technology plan will be presented for the School Board's consideration by the end of this school year.
